Mishel Mikail is Managing Partner of Crescent Capital Partners, where he has shaped the firm’s growth into a dynamic real estate investment and development platform. Under his direction, Crescent has evolved into a vertically integrated company with a focus on value creation through strategic acquisitions, development, and asset repositioning.

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Mishel has led the sourcing, execution, and management of over $350 million in transactions and overseen the development and renovation of more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial property. His leadership spans the full investment lifecycle, including entitlement, construction, asset management, and successful disposition.

Mishel is also the founder and CEO of Studio-AT and Wired Designs, an international lighting design and manufacturing company providing luxury lighting solutions to the hospitality industry. Mishel holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. He is also a member of YPO since 2012.

Shuchi Hsu serves as Head of Development and Senior Vice President at Cypress Equity Investments (CEI), where she leads the entitlement, design, and construction of multifamily and mixed-use projects across key markets. She brings extensive experience from her previous roles as Director of Acquisition and Development and Head of City Living West Coast Operations at Toll Brothers, Inc., as well as Principal at Killefer Flammang Architects (KFA), where she entitled and managed the design and construction of more than 25 projects.

A licensed California architect and AIA LA Design Award winner, Shuchi combines creative vision with operational expertise to deliver high-quality, community-focused developments.

She holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (Sci-Arc).

Outside of work, Shuchi enjoys exploring architecture and design, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Sarah Rock serves as Chief of Staff, partnering closely with the Founder & Chief Executive Officer to drive operational efficiency across Crest Holdings’ residential and commercial real estate portfolios. She directs executive administration and cross-functional alignment across real estate development and property operations, integrating construction oversight, asset management, and financial performance reporting to ensure seamless portfolio execution.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona, Tucson.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, watching sports and visiting her beach house in Mexico.

Kevin Marsh is Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Crescent Capital Partners, where he oversees the operating and financial performance of a real estate portfolio valued at approximately $350 million. He also plays a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities and driving portfolio growth.

Prior to joining Crescent, Kevin served as Vice President of Finance at Brookland Capital, a multifamily developer based in New York. In that role, he managed budgeting, financial planning, and project financing for a wide range of development projects.

Kevin began his career at Columbus Nova, a private equity firm in New York, where he advanced from Financial Analyst to Associate, focusing on investments across New York and Moscow.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, awarded in 2001.

Michael W. Thompson serves in Project Management, bringing over a decade of experience in telecommunications and property management. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Michael’s upbringing in the inner city shaped his passion for social justice, leadership, and creating opportunities for others.

He began his career with Time Warner, where he worked as a technician for more than 10 years before transitioning into property management with CCP. Known for his commitment to growth and work ethic, Michael continues to advance professionally while advocating for equitable opportunities within his community.

Outside of work, Michael is a devoted husband and father of two, an avid cycling enthusiast, and a dedicated mentor. He volunteers with the Bahati Foundation and enjoys exploring historical landmarks.
